🎮 General Game Rules – CsGo.Play4Star.Com

🔒 The rules below apply to all players joining the server. Failure to comply may result in sanctions: warnings, gag, slay, kick, ban.

📌 1. General behavior
1.1. Respect all players and staff members. Insults, swearing, racism or toxic behavior are not tolerated.
1.2. Do not use excessive vulgar language – gag or kick will apply.
1.3. No spam on chat or voice (repetitions, floods, advertisements, abusive caps lock).
1.4. Jokes are accepted, but constant trolling becomes punishable.
1.5. Promoting other servers, Discords or communities is prohibited.
1.6. The gag, slay, slap, kick commands have an impact on the game and must be used responsibly.
1.7. Any abuse of commands will be sanctioned according to the internal rules of the server/community.

🧠 2. Game rules
2.1. Play the objective! – CT must defuse the bomb, T must plant it.
2.2. Do not camp excessively without purpose (e.g. intentional time delay).
2.3. Intentional teamkill / teamflash is immediately sanctioned.
2.4. Using bugs or map glitches is prohibited.
2.5. AFK more than 1 round = automatic or manual slay/kick.
2.6. Retry after gag is sanctioned with a ban – 60 minutes.

💸 Begging Skins / Money / Boxes / Keys
(only for CS 1.6 GO Remake server)

🔴 What does "begging" mean?
Begging includes:
Repeated messages like "give me skin pls", "give me a key", "who gives me boxes?" etc.
Contacting other players in public or private for free items.
Constant nuisance, even after being asked to stop.

🚫 Basic rules
It is forbidden to beg for skins, money, keys or boxes from players or staff.
It is forbidden to insist after a refusal or to constantly disturb in private.
Donations are voluntary - do not turn the server into a barter market.

🛡️ What can disturbed players do?
Use the command /mute name or /report name reason.
Send a screenshot/demo to an admin or on the forum/Discord.
Do not respond to challenges – let the staff intervene.
 

💬 Recommended periodic message on the server:
 

❗ Begging for skins/money/boxes is prohibited! Respect other players. Donations are voluntary – do not beg. Risk gag / kick / ban.
 

📅 The rules were updated in June 2025.
Admins have the right to apply sanctions directly, depending on the context.

📜 Anti-Camping Rules – Play4Star.Com
 

1. Definition of Camping
Camping = Staying in place for long periods of time, with the aim of avoiding direct confrontation, especially in areas that are difficult to access or with excessive advantage.

2. General Rules
Excessive camping in key areas (spawn, bombs, narrow corridors, hidden corners) is prohibited.
It is allowed to defend objectives (bombs, hostages) only within reasonable limits and actively (movement, change of positions).
In T/CT mode, camping to stall for time is strictly prohibited.
If an admin asks you to move, you must immediately respect the indication.

It is forbidden to camp the T team on maps where they have to plant the Bomb [A/B], but it is allowed on maps with hostages
The CT team is allowed to camp on maps with Bomb site [A/B] but strictly prohibited to camp on the CT base, In contrast, on maps with hostages the CT team's camp is prohibited

3. Exceptions
Defending the bomb after planting.
Protecting the team in the last seconds of the round, if the situation requires it.
Temporary tactical positioning to surprise the enemy (max. a few seconds).

4. Sanctions
Warning - first offense.
Slay / Kick – if the warning is not respected.
Temporary ban – for repeated offenses or intentional troll camping.

5. Note
The regulation applies to all game modes on Play4Star.Com and can be changed without prior notice.

3.1. The gag, slay, slap, kick commands have an impact and must be used responsibly.
3.2. Abuse of these commands is sanctioned according to the internal regulations.

📜 Regulation for Changing Maps – Play4Star.Com

1. Who can change the map
Admins with access to change commands (amx_map, amx_votemap).
Players only by voting initiated by the system (amx_votemap / voting menu).
Manual changes by admins without a good reason are prohibited.

2. When map switching is allowed
Map switching is only allowed in the following cases:
1. Inappropriate number of players – map is too big for too few players or too small for too many.
Example: 4 players on de_dust2_long → switch to a smaller map.

2. Technical issues – lag, texture bugs, server freeze, crash.

3. Majority request – at least 60% of players vote for the change.

4. End of map – a new map can be voted on in the last 5 minutes / 3 rounds.

3. When map changes are NOT allowed
In the first 5 minutes after a map starts, except for technical issues.
To avoid a defeat or interrupt a balanced match.
To put maps preferred by a single player/admin.
Repeating the same map in a short interval (rotation must be respected).

4. Change procedure
1. Announce the intention to change the map and the reason in the chat.

2. Start a vote (amx_votemap) with at least 2-3 options from the official list.

3. If the vote passes, the map is changed immediately or at the end of the current round.

4. Admins can change directly only in cases of emergency (bug, lag, crash).

5. Official map list
Only maps included in the server rotation or approved by the staff can be used.
Unofficial / unapproved maps are prohibited.

6. Sanctions
Players: loss of voting rights or kick in case of abusive voting.
Admins: warning, reduction of access level, suspension or permanent withdrawal of access.
Repeated abuse → temporary or permanent ban, depending on severity.

💬 4. Gag command
Blocks access to text and voice chat.
✅ Allowed in case of:
Flood / spam / ads
Excessive vulgar language
Repeated insults
Constant trolling in chat
❌ Forbidden:
For personal reasons
No warning (where possible)
No evidence (logs, witnesses, demo)

⚔️ 5. Slay command
Kills a player in a round.
✅ Allowed:
Violating the rules (camp, grief, teamkill)
AFK that affects the game
After ignoring the warning
❌ Forbidden:
For fun
Without reason or by repeated mistake

👋 6. Slap Command
Applies light damage / warnings.
✅ Allowed:
Warning for AFK
Minor trolling/glitching
❌ Forbidden:
Humiliation or fun
As a substitute for real sanctions

🦵 7. Kick Command
Temporarily removes a player from the server.
✅ Allowed:
Toxic language / spam
Non-cooperation after warnings
Excessive AFK
❌ Forbidden:
No reason
No warning (where possible)
On players who do not violate the rules

📜 BAN / BANIP / ADDBAN Commands
 

🔐 9. Purpose
Used to block players, maintaining order on the server.

🚫 10. When to apply BAN:
❗ Cheats (WH, Aimbot etc.) – permanent
🔞 Extreme language / racism – temporary or permanent
🧨 Advertisements – permanent
🔁 Constant disregard of the rules – temporary
🎭 Abuses like offensive nickname, staff impersonation – variable

⚠️ 11. Correct application
3.1. ban – /ban name 30m reason
3.2. banip – Only in serious cases (multiaccount hack)
3.3. addban – For offline players, with evidence

📌 12. Recommended ban duration
INFRACTIONS:

Excessive language: Violation 1: 30m-2h / Violation 2: 12h-1day / Violation 3: Permanent depending on the severity of the language

Hacks/Scripts: Permanent ban

Advertisements: Permanent ban

Troll: Violation 1: 15-60m / Violation 2: 2h-6h / Violation 3: Rarely depending on the severity of the troll

Swearing staff: Violation 1: 1-12h / Violation 2: 1-7 days / Violation 3: Permanent depending on the severity of the swearers

⚠️: For each ban granted, you must have proof

📂 13. Evidence
Bans over 1h require clear evidence (demo, logs, screenshot).
Players can appeal on the forum/Discord (if there is a dedicated channel).

❌ 14. It is forbidden:
Ban without reason or with a vague reason ("bye", "you have no business here")
Personal ban / by mistake
Chain bans without individual analysis
Ban on public networks without superior agreement
Lack of evidence in serious cases = internal sanction

👮 15. Staff responsibility
All admins must comply with the rules.
Abuse = warning → suspension → withdrawal of rank.
Bans can be reviewed by superiors.

🚫 16. Hack & Illegal Behavior
Any type of cheat = permanent ban
Advantageous scripts (bhop, no recoil) = treated as hack
Report suspicions, don't spam the chat

💼 17. Accounts, Names, Skins
Decent nickname, no ads or obscenities
No names that imitate staff
No offensive skins/tags
No multi-account farming

🛡️ 18. VIP / Skins system
Abuse of VIP drops / commands = sanction
Theft by abusive blocking = sanction
VIP benefits cannot be used for grief/trolling

👮 19. Staff & Conduct
Respect admin decisions – you can appeal later
Report abuse with evidence
No ghosting
Admins are not allowed to argue with players

📜20. Staff – WG Defender

1. Role of the Rank
The WarGods Cheat Defender (WCD) rank is intended for staff members whose primary responsibility is to verify players suspected of cheating through the WarGods platform.
WCD is NOT an abuse rank, but one of responsibility and community protection.

2. Responsibilities
Verifying players suspected of cheating using the WarGods procedure.
Politely requesting a scan from the player, providing clear instructions.
Analyzing WarGods reports and taking appropriate action according to the general regulations.
Reporting cases to founders / super-admins in unclear situations.
Maintaining confidentiality of information and reports.

3. Rules of Conduct
Do not abuse the rank to intimidate or sanction without reason.
Do not request a WarGods scan without reasonable suspicion.
Do not use vulgar or offensive language during checks.
Do not ignore player reports of possible cheaters.
Respect internal procedures and staff hierarchy.

4. Standard Verification Procedure
Observe suspicious behavior (aim, wall, scripts, etc.).
Announce the player in chat:
Please do a WarGods scan: www.wargods.ro/wcd
Wait a reasonable time (3-5 minutes) for a response.
If they refuse or do not respond → apply a BAN according to the rules.
Save and post the report in the internal staff section.

5. Sanctions for Staff
Internal warning – for minor offenses.
Demotion – for abuse of rank or failure to comply with procedures.
Revocation of rank + ban – for serious abuse, favoring cheaters or unacceptable behavior.

6. Final Note
The WarGods Cheat Defender role is a position of trust. Any action of the WCD member reflects the image of the Play4Star.Com community.
