He changed the map without announcing or saying last and he changed it during the round the round not started properly and he changed it

Rules : - Change the map only after it went out to vote of a minimum 3; use command amx_map "map", but leave to drain the last round.

Warning for change map without anno or vote. The warning can expirated in 2 weeks. Olso in this time you can not take upgrade to admin.
